issues you see in pharmacy:
the rush from the patients make it really difficult for the pharmacists and technicians. when they're rushed, errors are more likely to occur
anyone above 18 can pick up medicines for the patient as long as the person has the card and knows the other person's birthday. some drugs are kept in the safe like morphine...

first angry customer

The first angry customer was an Asian lady. She wanted to get a refill, but outpatient pharmacy does not handle refills, and so a technician directed her to call N22 Pharmacy for refills. She tried calling with her cell phone, but it said that the number she dialed could not be reached. She told me about it and I called the number with the pharmacy's phone, and it rang normally. So i suggested that maybe she could try to call from her house phone. Then she pointed to some number on the top of the pill bottle (canister, what is it called?) and said something incomprehensible. I could not understand her so I asked her to repeat her question but I still couldn't understand her, so I looked at the number and told her I didn't know what it meant and told her I'd get a technician to answer her questions. She started yelling at me saying how I should study more if I don't understand something and that I wasn't trying hard enough to understand what she was saying just because her English wasn't good. I was so speechless, but I apologized to her and told her I'd get her a technician or pharmacist. So i went in, explained my situations, and both the tech and pharm came out to solve the issue.
